Technology Trainee – Integrated Systems Installation

About the role

Join Bosch Building Technologies as a Technology Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in integrated security, audio‑visual, and datacom projects. You will work alongside senior technicians, learning industry best practices while contributing to installations across a variety of venues.

Key responsibilities

• Pull trade‑specific cabling under the direction of site leads.
• Install cable support structures and basic field devices to Bosch standards.
• Stage materials, keep the job site organized, and ensure tools are clean and stored properly.
• Assist on larger installations and travel to client sites as required.
• Maintain a clean work environment and coiled cables at the end of each day.

Required profile

• Must be bondable and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or certificate in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work weekend/night shifts and occasional out‑of‑town travel.
• Strong professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills.
