Technology Analyst – Network Projects (Calgary)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technology Analyst to lead Cisco SD‑LAN infrastructure projects in Calgary. The role involves planning, building, testing, deploying, and transitioning network solutions while ensuring security, scalability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce project management standards and governance.
• Coordinate local and global activities, CMDB updates and billing.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and implement mitigation plans.
• Track KPIs, timelines and produce regular reports.
• Manage documentation, change logs and asset inventory aligned with BOM.
• Oversee SD‑LAN migration, forecasting, build, hyper‑care and hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years progressive experience per missing year of education.
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including network project coordination.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Strong client communication, analytical and team‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Calgary if needed.
