Technical Support Representative (H135)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Canada is seeking a Technical Support Representative (H135) to act as the on‑site liaison for a strategic government customer. Based in Portage la Prairie, you will be the primary face of Airbus, delivering real‑time technical expertise and ensuring mission readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for the H135 platform, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or technical database.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage repair and technical requests, and log all incidents in the Airbus WEBTEK system.
• Collect and report incident/accident data promptly for operational decisions.
• Monitor open issues, deliver AOG support, and develop technical training schedules for the customer.
• Report fleet information, recommend part replacements, and identify service trends to improve safety and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify product and part specifics.

Required profile

• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a related field.
• AME, M1 and/or M2 licence.
• Relevant experience with Airbus aircraft, preferably on the H135 platform.

Required skills

• Airbus WEBTEK database/tool usage.
• Technical troubleshooting of helicopter systems.
• Knowledge of the H135 platform.
