Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of our technology solutions to existing and new clients in the Burnaby area. The role combines client‑facing consulting with sales execution, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell our products to existing clients while identifying and soliciting new prospects.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate goods or services.
• Develop reports, proposals and sales presentations that illustrate product benefits.
• Prepare, administer and manage sales contracts.
• Utilize sales forecasting software and Salesforce to track opportunities.
• Provide input to product design for customized solutions.
• Offer post‑sale support and ongoing client consultation.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and product innovations.

Required profile

• College‑level certificate or diploma (1‑2 years) in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, office‑based setting.
