Technical Program Management Analyst – Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Program as a Technical Program Management Analyst and work within the AI & Decision Product Enablement (AI&DPE) Customer Success team. Over an 18‑month period you will gain hands‑on experience delivering technology and product initiatives that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of technology and product initiatives from inception to completion.
• Track progress, coordinate dependencies, identify gaps, and remove blockers across engineering, product, data science, and rules teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, assumptions, and action items.
• Partner with Customer Success Product Managers and engineering leads to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and communicate status, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Produce clear reporting on program health and key execution metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation or AI‑enabled productivity enhancements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, technology, or a related field, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong academic record with a focus on business and technical knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with project management and Agile principles, including SAFe.
