Team Leader – Full-Time – Eaton Centre, Montreal

About the role

As a Team Leader at Dynamite’s Eaton Centre store, you will drive a positive shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long‑term client relationships.
• Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Manage inventory processes, including shipment receipt, floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Support sales growth by optimizing product placement and assisting with promotional activities.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of retail experience (preferred) and 1 year in a team‑lead role.
• Passion for fashion and a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
