About the role
We are seeking a supervisor to lead our team of chauffeurs and taxi drivers at Kami Cabs in Kamloops. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high service quality, and supporting staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve work methods.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Coordinate and schedule activities.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
