About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive high‑volume recruitment for Mattr, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end hiring process and a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple functions to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a large number of roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct intake meetings, and align on candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain active pipelines using job postings, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and conversion rates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous hiring efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focused on responsiveness and collaboration.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to drive recruitment outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
