Talent Acquisition Manager & Executive Search Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead executive search initiatives and elevate our recruitment function. Based in our downtown Vancouver office, you will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end retained executive searches, from strategy development to successful placement.
• Drive team performance through coaching, mentorship, and the establishment of clear priorities.
• Design and implement efficient recruitment processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and C‑suite partners to define search strategies and present pipeline updates.
• Leverage modern sourcing technologies to identify and engage high‑performing passive candidates.

Required profile

• Proven track record of independently managing retained executive searches.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Experience leading and developing recruiting teams.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
