Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Intersand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process and shape the candidate experience. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will act as a strategic business partner, helping build high‑performing teams that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition, sourcing and diversity strategies using job postings, headhunting, social media and SEO.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles and recruitment plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs analysis through onboarding.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and advise managers on best hiring practices.
• Ensure a proactive, human‑focused candidate experience with consistent follow‑up.
• Plan, coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Represent Intersand at job fairs, recruitment events and campus activities.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and develop programs to attract early‑career talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to partner with managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a distinctive candidate experience.
• Experience developing employer‑branding and campus‑recruitment initiatives.
