About the role
We are looking for a Systems Administrator / Operations Support Specialist who will troubleshoot and resolve complex application development issues within our contact‑center environment. The role combines technical support, system maintenance and resource optimisation to ensure high‑availability services for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and provide solutions to complex application development problems.
- Resolve issues related to contact‑center platforms, primarily Amazon Connect, and secondary tools such as ComputerTalk (Icebar).
- Support and troubleshoot NICE workforce management applications where applicable.
- Perform software upgrades, apply patches and coordinate changes with end‑users.
- Monitor computer workload trends and adjust resources to maintain optimal system performance.
Required profile
- Strong ability to quickly acquire knowledge of specific program areas, IT systems and the business environment.
- Demonstrated experience with contact‑center solutions and AWS‑based services.
- Familiarity with NICE workforce management tools is a plus.
