System Administrator (Windows / UNIX / Citrix)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join a leading financial services organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of critical Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Citrix environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Citrix platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain servers and operating systems.
• Manage user access, system security, and routine infrastructure maintenance.
• Collaborate with networking, application support, and security teams.
• Participate in system upgrades, scheduled maintenance, and on‑call rotation.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Support Engineer.
• Proven experience in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
