System Administrator (Windows / UNIX / Citrix)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join a leading financial services organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of critical Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Citrix environments.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Citrix platforms.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain servers and operating systems.
- Manage user access, system security, and routine infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with networking, application support, and security teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, scheduled maintenance, and on‑call rotation.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow established procedures.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Support Engineer.
- Proven experience in an enterprise production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Windows Server administration
- UNIX/Linux system administration
- Citrix environment management
- Active Directory
- VMware and virtualization technologies
- Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Monitoring tools
- ITIL knowledge or relevant infrastructure certifications
