Swim Instructor and Trainer

About the role

British Swim School is seeking a Swim Instructor and Trainer to deliver high‑quality swimming lessons and coach new instructors. You will work directly with children and their families, ensuring safe, fun, and effective water‑learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver British Swim School curriculum to students, maintaining safety and lesson quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents or guardians.
• Coach and train new instructors on the aquatics program.
• Maintain personal and staff certifications throughout employment.
• Work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to teach swimming lessons within a structured program.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Comfortable in and around water with prior swimming experience.
• Preferred: Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, or AED certification (training may be provided).
