Supply Planner (Montreal or Toronto)

About the role

Berlin Packaging Canada Corporation is seeking a proactive Supply Planner to manage inventory planning, reduce costs, and support a fast‑growing packaging business. The role can be based in either Montreal or Toronto and will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze historical trends and customer forecasts to identify inventory optimization opportunities.
• Process purchase orders, act as liaison between Berlin Packaging and suppliers, and expedite orders for on‑time delivery.
• Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Manage transportation scheduling and support inter‑unit stock transfers.
• Maintain replenishment triggers to improve purchasing efficiency.
• Facilitate supplier performance management, including quality issue escalation.
• Identify and execute cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising service levels.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently and make judgment‑based decisions.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement functions preferred.
