Supply & Demand Analyst

About the role

The Supply & Demand Analyst will drive end‑to‑end supply chain performance within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Working in a hybrid setting, you will turn data into actionable insights, anticipate demand trends, and support product lifecycle planning to ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and product lifecycle plans, including launches, phase‑outs and substitution opportunities.
• Convert forecasts into purchase orders and inventory strategies using IBP to balance availability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders using a single source of truth to align data‑driven planning decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery, back‑order and invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Track KPIs and generate actionable insights through embedded analytics and real‑time dashboards.
• Create ad‑hoc reports and enhance data visibility with S/4HANA reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field (certifications a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, inventory management or demand planning.
• Experience in manufacturing, wholesale or retail environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• SAP S/4HANA.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) tools.
• Embedded analytics and real‑time dashboard creation.
