Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day logistics operations at our Newmarket facility. The role involves planning, coordinating, and improving processes to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize operational plans to meet production targets.
• Organise tasks and coordinate activities across departments.
• Plan and manage the organization’s logistics, including inventory control.
• Requisition, order, and maintain supplies, equipment and materials.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and compliance reports.
• Resolve operational issues, provide technical advice and recommend productivity improvements.
• Train staff on procedures, policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle loads up to 30 lb.
• Accurate, organized, reliable and a team‑player.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
