Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

Red Rover Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for a well‑established North American manufacturer that serves commercial and institutional markets in the built environment. The role is hands‑on, leading purchasing, planning, inventory and overall supply‑chain coordination within a highly integrated manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, inventory and supply‑chain coordination activities.
• Support production schedules through effective material planning and inventory management.
• Balance forecasting, inventory targets, supplier performance and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive MRP and ERP planning processes to enhance operational performance.
• Develop reporting, KPI tracking and operational insights using ERP systems and Excel.
• Improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance and supply‑chain execution.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, procurement and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of manufacturing supply‑chain experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in production planning, inventory management, MRP/ERP systems, forecasting and supplier management.
