About the role

Mercor is seeking a part‑time Supply Chain Specialist to evaluate AI models that process visual documents in the logistics and supply‑chain domain. This fully remote contract position offers up to $50 per hour and allows you to work independently on cutting‑edge AI research.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and depth of AI models for visual document understanding within logistics and supply‑chain contexts.
• Design complex, grounded tasks with clear ground‑truth outputs and objective rubrics.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs and training‑data quality.
• Work asynchronously to meet project deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI‑generated tasks and solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in the Logistics & Supply Chain domain.
• Strong experience in AI model evaluation and visual document understanding.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration.
