Supply Chain New Graduate – Service Execution & Planning

About the role

Join PepsiCo Canada’s Supply Chain New Graduate program, focusing on service execution and supply planning. You will support end‑to‑end planning activities, ensuring product availability and high fill rates for key customers such as Costco/VIP.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly service execution routines, including projected fill‑rate reporting and risk communication.
• Maintain Costco/VIP execution tools, track production updates, and ensure customer readiness.
• Collaborate with plants, sales, customer service, warehouses and supply planning to drive production visibility and on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and analyse production and service reports (DPP, ABOP, MPS, stale risk, inter‑zone shipment).
• Use Power BI, SAP, IBP DRP, Excel and internal dashboards to collect, validate and summarise data for decision‑making.
• Identify service risks and improvement opportunities by analysing fill‑rate, demand, stale exposure and inventory movement.
• Participate in IBP and digital transformation testing activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to start a career in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work cross‑functionally.
