Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

NCS is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams, ensuring orders flow smoothly from placement to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, maintain accurate records, and prepare sales contracts, invoices and purchase orders.
• Source carrier quotations, arrange transportation, prepare bills of lading and track shipments through to delivery.
• Prepare customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance for international shipments.
• Maintain real‑time inventory tracking, generate weekly and month‑end reports, and submit supplier invoices for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse and Logistics teams, participate in supply‑chain meetings and report operational metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations coordination.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
• Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of ocean and truck freight, import documentation and customs procedures.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What we offer

• Compensation range of $45,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience.
