Supply Chain Analyst – Planning & Operations

About the role
Responsible for day‑to‑day planning and operations within a designated portfolio, optimizing supply‑chain performance across inventory, customer service, production, packaging procurement and scheduling. The analyst uses business analysis and system expertise to troubleshoot data, translate insights and drive actionable decisions while serving as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage adherence to key KPIs, investigate root‑cause failures and drive corrective actions.
- Evaluate production schedules from internal or external units to maximise turns, minimise waste and optimise planning parameters in systems such as SAP, JDA or OMP.
- Serve as the lead contact for scheduling at local co‑pack sites, overseeing capacity management and operational performance.
- Provide robust analysis and input to S&OP and CMOS processes.
- Eliminate inventory waste through the SLOMO process (slow‑moving and obsolete stock).
- Identify and drive value‑leadership opportunities across the product life‑cycle.
- Monitor and manage all stock movements.
- Manage and communicate activity deliverables for seasonal, promotional, innovation and discontinuation projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in supply‑chain, demand/supply planning, operations or co‑pack management, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong analytical ability with experience visualising data in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Highly system‑savvy with hands‑on experience in SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder and ERP/MRP/OMP tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable owning decisions within the portfolio.
