Supply Agent

About the role

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Supply Agent to support the procurement and supplier management activities for its Mirabel plant, which produces landing‑gear components for major aircraft programs. The role ensures alignment between purchase orders and production demand, while maintaining strong relationships with Tier‑1 suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Align purchase orders with Master Production Schedule demand and process SAP error messages (delays, quantity changes, early deliveries).
• Manage the Air Supply client/supplier communication portal and initiate external orders.
• Track order status, acknowledge purchase orders, and communicate supply plans to suppliers.
• Monitor logistics flow of shipped components and resolve billing disputes.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contractual terms and collaborate on quality issues, corrective actions, and approvals.
• Support risk analysis related to load, capacity, and cadence; participate in supplier performance evaluations.
• Prepare monthly reports on Tier‑1 supplier risks, issues, actions, quality indicators, and logistics.
• Participate in Supply Review, QRQC, MPS meetings and improvement projects.

Required profile

• College studies in industrial engineering, supply chain management or a related field (DEC, AEC or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aeronautics sector.
• Strong analytical ability, rigor, and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
