Supervisor – Delivery Drivers

About the role

TBT TOWING LTD. is looking for a Supervisor to lead its delivery drivers in Edmonton, Alberta. This permanent full‑time position focuses on coordinating driver activities, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports.
• Recommend measures to improve work methods.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Supervise workers and projects.
• Co‑ordinate and schedule activities.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recommend personnel actions.
• Co‑ordinate repairs and rentals.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
