Student Admissions Advisor

About the role

The Student Admissions Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective learners, shaping their initial impression of Robertson College. You will guide candidates through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition into their programs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for academic programs while complying with policies and regulations.
• Contact prospects promptly, provide enrollment guidance, and verify program and English‑proficiency requirements.
• Conduct regular check‑ins before and after start dates, and support students throughout the admission journey.
• Enter and maintain accurate student data, assist with audits, and facilitate handovers to other departments.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, both virtual and in‑person, and collaborate with branding partners.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in business administration or related field (asset).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, relationship building, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong telephone skills with experience handling high‑volume calls (asset).
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Familiarity with internet‑based communication tools for virtual interactions.

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission, with potential earnings up to $90,000 /year.
• Hybrid work mode at the Winnipeg campus (8 am‑4:30 pm, Mon‑Fri).
