Structural Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Structural Coordinator to support the planning, review, coordination, and implementation of temporary works and construction methodologies for major rail transit infrastructure projects in Canada. The role bridges design and construction teams, ensuring that structural solutions are safe, technically sound, and aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and review of temporary works, construction methods, and structural means for rail transit projects delivered by Trillium Rail Partners.
• Act as the critical link between design and construction teams in a design‑build/P3 environment.
• Ensure all structural solutions meet safety standards, technical specifications, and practical constructability.
• Assist in the delivery of stations, tunnels, guideways, shafts, portals, and retaining structures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in structural coordination for large‑scale infrastructure or rail projects.
• Knowledge of temporary works, construction methodologies, and structural means and methods.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced design‑build environment.
• Strong understanding of safety and technical compliance requirements.
