Strategy Consultant - AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design realistic consulting project environments that will be used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning tasks for AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design structured AI tasks that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑scale LLM‑based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to ensure the consulting content aligns with model training requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic synthesis.
• Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
