About the role
We are seeking a remote Project Manager to lead Agile and Scrum‑based simulations that enhance AI training processes. This contract role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to simulate and improve real‑world project management processes for AI training.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategic plans based on data‑driven project simulations.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple project lifecycles.
- Produce validated documentation and communications to support AI model development with industry‑standard project management procedures.
- Analyze the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify improvements and risks at each phase.
Required profile
- Minimum hands‑on experience leading Agile and Scrum teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, budget management, and resource allocation for multi‑phase projects.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and strategic planning best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
