Strategic Partnerships Manager – Foundations, Trusts & Corporations

About the role

World Renew is seeking a temporary Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising efforts for its international development programmes. The role will focus on building relationships with charitable foundations, trusts and corporations, and guiding the development of concept notes, expressions of interest and full grant proposals. The manager will also support regional teams in building capacity for grant acquisition and management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and network with new prospects among foundations, trusts and corporations to secure grant funding.
• Lead the end‑to‑end proposal development process, coordinating with field staff, finance and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, responsive applications.
• Develop performance measurement frameworks, logic models and results‑based management tools aligned with donor requirements.
• Facilitate collaborative funding opportunities by partnering with like‑minded international development organisations.
• Provide training and capacity‑building support to regional teams on prospecting, proposal writing and grant management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project‑management knowledge, including use of RACI charts and project charters.
• Experience developing logic models and performance measurement frameworks for grant proposals.
