About the role
Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Store Sales Associate to join its Moose Jaw location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right paint and supplies while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on paint needs, including colour matching and product selection.
- Recommend additional items such as brushes, rollers, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store environment and safely lift and move merchandise.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales initiatives to grow market share.
Required profile
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays and overtime.
- Physical capability to lift up to 80 lb occasionally and 50 lb regularly.
- Proficiency with computer and internet applications.
- Authorization to work in Canada without employer‑sponsored visa.
