About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Valleyview location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Organized and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Supervises 1 to 2 people.
