Store Manager – Retail Eyewear (Fairview Mall)

About the role

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Fairview Mall location in Toronto. You will guide a passionate team to deliver outstanding eyecare and eyewear experiences while meeting sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Experience – Previous experience in retail and/or optics in a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager role (willingness to learn optics if not experienced).
• Passion – A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare needs.
• Energy – A love of working in a fast‑paced, growing business, adaptable and positive.
• Leadership – Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team.
• Effectiveness – Ability to manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience.
