Stock Supervisor

About the role

Versace is looking for a Stock Supervisor to join its retail team. You will be responsible for overseeing all inventory movements, maintaining an organized stockroom, and supporting the sales floor in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check all incoming and outgoing inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate regularly with the Store Manager and Retail Operations about stockroom conditions.
• Manage operational tasks such as monthly cycle counts, mid‑year and full‑year inventories, and store‑to‑store transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and process damaged merchandise according to company standards.
• Support the sales team by running sizes, assisting at the cash register, and advising on stock availability.
• Minimize stock and monetary shrinkage by monitoring processes and implementing controls.
• Organize the back‑office stock layout and perform efficient shipping/receiving tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and participate in inventory analyses and complete SOF fulfilment promptly.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a stock or inventory role, preferably within luxury retail.
• Highly organized, rigorous, reliable, and proactive with the ability to anticipate team needs.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work closely with store leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• General IT tool competency.
