Stock Coordinator – Full Time

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Coordinator ensures the back‑of‑house operations run smoothly. You will manage inventory flow, keep the store ready for customers, and support daily sales activities. This full‑time position is based in Winnipeg and requires a hands‑on, customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked backstore to support sales.
• Follow all loss‑prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and assisting with visual setup.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Customer‑first attitude with natural ability to connect with people.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lb (16 kg).
