Steel Framer – Carpentry (Permanent, Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Steel Framer to join our carpentry team on permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves working on commercial, industrial and residential projects in and around Keswick, Ontario. You will be expected to travel to various sites and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood‑substitutes and lightweight steel components.
  • Transport tools and materials to job sites and set up work areas safely.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, wearing steel‑toed boots and a hard hat at all times.
  • Work early mornings, day shifts and overtime as required to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

  • 1 to less than 7 months of relevant construction experience.
  • No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
