About the role
We are looking for a motivated Specialty Retail & Support Services Associate to join our family‑owned store in Owen Sound. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while handling inventory, receiving shipments, and maintaining the store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform retail sales and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Manage inventory, including product receiving and stock organization.
- Coordinate customer deliveries and handle warehouse receiving tasks.
- Maintain store cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
Required profile
- Strong computer and organizational abilities.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift up to 95 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Valid G class driver’s licence.
