Spa Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the award‑winning spa team at a Relais & Châteaux property on Vancouver Island. As Spa Supervisor you will ensure exceptional, personalized guest experiences while supporting the Spa Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that exceeds Relais & Châteaux, AAA Diamond and Forbes standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests and team members needing immediate assistance.
• Perform receptionist and coordinator duties: handle reservations, welcome guests, manage cash‑outs, and coordinate practitioner schedules.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa treatments and retail products, manage inventory, place orders and process e‑commerce sales.
• Coach team members on retail sales and provide one‑on‑one guidance.
• Assist with spa cleaning, organization, and oversee spa attendants.
• Participate in human‑resource functions and training initiatives as directed by the Spa Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle guest concerns promptly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with practitioners, coordinators and support staff.
