About the role
The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Chef to manage the daily operations of the kitchen serving the Student Housing & Hospitality Services at Royal Victoria College. This seasonal, full‑time role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the dining hall team during weekday shifts.
Required profile
- Diploma from an accredited culinary school with at least five years of related experience, or a High School Leaving Diploma with ten years of related experience.
- Ability to read and write both English and French.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
