About the role
Mercor is seeking an experienced SOPs Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will evaluate AI‑generated artifacts, ensure they meet domain‑specific quality standards, and provide structured feedback to maintain high‑quality outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated content against predefined quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
- Deliver clear, written feedback in a structured format.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to guarantee consistency.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in process improvement or SOP evaluation.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) preferred.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Google Workspace expertise, especially Google Slides.
