Software/Web App Developer (Associate)

About the role

TAO Solutions is seeking an Associate Software/Web App Developer to join its boutique fintech team. The role focuses on building n‑tier enterprise applications that support complex securitization and structured finance products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑tier enterprise applications using modern technologies.
• Analyse functional specifications and produce detailed technical designs.
• Write high‑quality C#/.NET code that meets product standards.
• Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA to complete integration testing.
• Work closely with other developers in an agile team environment.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor to boost productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Computer Science, Software Engineering or related) or junior developer with up to two years of experience.
• Ability to provide second‑level support to internal staff and clients.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously in an agile setting.
• Willingness to submit an official or unofficial university transcript.

Required skills

• C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code or similar IDEs.
• Knowledge of front‑end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, T‑SQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with Dependency Injection, Test‑Driven Development, Git and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
