Software Engineer II – Web Development

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II – Web to design and build innovative web experiences that extend our games and community platforms. You will work closely with product managers, designers and the technical lead to deliver player‑first web products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications that enhance game experiences and community features.
• Follow architectural guidance, write clean, performant code and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate with APIs, handle CORS, accessibility, cookies and local storage.
• Adapt visual designs into responsive UI using frameworks such as React, Vue or Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality releases in an agile, CI/CD environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience with front‑end and back‑end web technologies.
• Experience building web projects that complement SaaS or Games‑as‑a‑Service products.

Required skills

• Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS.
• Frameworks/Libraries: Laravel, Livewire, React, Vue, Bootstrap.
• Server‑side technologies: Node.js, Apache, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Version control: Git.
• Web concepts: APIs, CORS, accessibility, responsive design.
• Design tools: Photoshop, Figma.
