Social Media Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are building Canada’s independent financial guide and need a Social Media Manager to shape our voice across LinkedIn, Instagram and Reddit as we approach launch. This fully remote, full‑time role offers the chance to influence how Canadians discover unbiased financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain our LinkedIn presence, including the content calendar.
• Grow and engage our community as we scale toward launch.
• Translate financial‑education material into scroll‑stopping social content.
• Develop our brand voice on new social platforms as the business expands.

Required profile

• Understands what makes financial/fintech content get shared.
• Strong writing instincts – clear, confident, jargon‑free.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Bonus: interest in Canadian personal finance, real estate, or fintech.

Required skills

• Experience managing LinkedIn.
• Experience managing Instagram.
• Experience managing Reddit.
