Senior Project Manager

About the role

Klick, a life sciences ecosystem founded in 1997 with offices in New York, Philadelphia, Saratoga Springs, Toronto, London, São Paulo and Singapore, is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Toronto. The role leads complex, multi-channel delivery across several concurrent initiatives, balancing strategic execution, financial stewardship and partnership building within the Project Management Craft, which covers integrated marketing, digital and omnichannel programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across multiple initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Oversee $1.75M-$3M in revenue across AOR/DAOR and multi-channel digital work.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted and transparent partnerships.
• Lead financial processes including estimates, SOWs, reconciliations and profitability tracking.
• Coach and support PMs and Coordinators while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of agency project management experience across multi-channel marketing and digital delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with accountability for outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership, including mentoring team members and driving accountability.
• Desired: experience in regulated industries or health-related environments.

Required skills

• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, reporting and budget ownership.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies; SCRUM experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel and financial tracking platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Desired: integrating AI tools into planning, delivery and quality assurance, and supporting staffing discussions.

The base salary range is CAD $90,000 - $110,000, depending on location, skills, education and experience. This is a newly created role.
