Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of content – from strategy and creation to publishing and community management – within a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end social strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Build and maintain a content calendar, coordinating production and approvals.
• Create original video and graphic assets, tailoring formats to each platform.
• Launch and manage serialized content series that drive recurring audience engagement.
• Monitor trends, decide when to participate, and back decisions with data.
• Appear on‑camera as needed and encourage team members to do the same.
• Track performance metrics, report results, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and new‑business teams to amplify agency work and culture.

Required profile

• 3+ years of social media experience, preferably agency‑side or with a brand that moves like an agency.
• Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating writing, video production, editing, and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable shooting, editing, and posting content yourself.
• Willingness to be on‑camera frequently.
• Experience driving leads on LinkedIn is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere (or comparable mobile‑first editing tools).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns.
