Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Sociable Society is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join its Marketing Team. You will create and publish social‑first content for our Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn channels, showcasing behind‑the‑scenes influencer marketing and engaging our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, create, edit, and schedule Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousel posts.
• Optimize content for each platform, including formatting, captions, trending audio, and timing.
• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content; engage with audiences in a brand‑appropriate voice.
• Identify engagement opportunities and escalate sensitive inquiries.
• Organize content libraries for brand partners and coordinate assets from photographers and videographers for event campaigns.
• Pull performance data from Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio, build monthly analytics reports, and track engagement trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short‑form video trends.
• Familiarity with social media metrics and tracking tools.
• Excellent writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
