Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join TELUS Health as a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager on a 12‑month contract. You will translate global communications into compelling, high‑impact content that drives engagement and demand across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global social media strategy and create company‑wide guidelines.
• Establish performance standards, messaging and a unified tone of voice across regions.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end organic content strategies to maximise engagement.
• Collaborate with content teams and regional leads, reviewing and providing feedback on assets.
• Ensure brand governance by reviewing tone, voice and visual identity for regional relevance.
• Manage community engagement and lead crisis response when needed.
• Compile regular performance reports and present insights to leadership.
• Oversee training and administration of the Hubspot social media management platform.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in social media, communications, public relations or marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced agency or client environment.
• Background in B2B technology or health sectors.
• Experience with the creative process, including brief development and story‑boarding.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, organized multi‑tasker with strong prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
