Social Content Manager – Strategy (Remote, Canada)

About the role

ICUC is seeking a Social Content Manager to join its Strategy team and drive community and content operations for a high‑profile client across Discord, Reddit, Telegram and Instagram. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish link and engagement posts on Discord, maintaining brand‑aligned tone.
• Adapt and publish content for Reddit and Telegram, tailoring copy and format to each platform’s audience.
• Resize static assets from Instagram and Reddit for use across community channels while respecting brand guidelines.
• Write platform‑appropriate copy, ensuring consistent visual identity and voice.
• Monitor content performance metrics, generate insights and deliver regular performance updates.
• Escalate issues, trends and opportunities promptly to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, stay informed on their tools, and share recommendations on ICUC capabilities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms and technologies and share relevant insights with the team.

Required profile

• Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced virtual environment.
• Strong collaborative mindset while coordinating with internal strategists and the client.
• Based in Canada and able to work remotely.
