Social Content & Community Manager

About the role

Flourish is seeking a passionate Social Content & Community Manager to shape its online presence. You will be the creative engine behind the brand’s social storytelling, turning trends and everyday moments into engaging, platform‑native content.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day content creation and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high‑performing organic and paid videos at a rapid pace, appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Director to bring campaigns and brand narratives to life.
• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term social content calendars aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social trends, viral formats, and platform opportunities, continuously testing hooks, pacing, storytelling styles, and editing approaches.
• Build and organize a reusable content and video library for future repurposing.
• Support product launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and live event coverage.
• Manage the ambassador program and lead influencer outreach, gifting, and creator collaborations.

Required profile

• Deeply immersed in social media culture and trends.
• Genuine love for storytelling, content creation, and community engagement.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing video content.
• Strong understanding of what performs on each platform and how to adapt trends authentically.
