Snack Bar Attendant

About the role

The Snack Bar Attendant works in a fast‑paced cafeteria environment, serving customers and maintaining a clean, safe food area. You will handle food preparation, service, and sanitation while supporting the team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize workstations, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare, heat, portion, and wrap simple food items for service.
• Take customer orders, serve at counters or buffet tables, and handle cash transactions.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and condiment stations throughout the shift.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate refrigeration or dry storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of food usage and manage waste disposal.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Team‑player with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
