SMB Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team of Account Executives focused on small‑and‑medium‑business (SMB) sellers. You will drive revenue growth, coach a remote sales force, and help merchants succeed using our integrated omnichannel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create a culture of trust, accountability, and fun while encouraging open communication and constructive debate.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to support direct reports.
• Hire, onboard, and train new Account Executives on our sales process.
• Oversee rigorous sales development execution, KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Build predictable, repeatable sales funnel processes and best practices across the team.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings with AEs.
• Coach AEs on strategies to increase revenue and customer success.
• Evolve sales strategy, process, and tactics based on performance data and customer feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a sales manager leading a remote or hybrid team.
• 3+ years documented success as an individual contributor exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple functions and ability to inspire change.
• Leadership and coaching mindset with a desire to develop talent.
